Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

My stay was extremely disappointing due to poor management, lack of communication, and unprofessional staff conduct. I was never informed about ongoing renovations and was shocked to find a contractor on my balcony, with one even entering my room without consent, which felt unsafe and invasive. Loud construction noise early in the morning made rest impossible. When I raised these serious concerns, the customer service manager, Barbara, was dismissive, rude, and refused to help or escalate the issue, showing no empathy or accountability. To make matters worse, despite being approved for a late checkout, housekeeping repeatedly knocked and rushed me out, highlighting poor internal communication. Overall, the service standards were unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay.
